2019年よりスタートした舞踏と茶の湯のコラボレーション作品「をてらをどりをちゃ」。今回は新作のWork In Progressとして舞踏とお経の「をてらをどり」を公開します。1960年代に日本で生まれた舞踏は独特の身体哲学を持ち、世界中の表現者の関心を惹きつけながら時代とともに進化し続けています。今回は枠にとらわれない舞踏家・我妻恵美子が白い人魂として出現。電子の音が時を告げ、経を唱える声と混じり合った時、摩訶不思議な世界への扉が開きます。

※この「をてらをどり」では抹茶・和菓子の提供はありません。

"Temple Dance, This Dance" is a Butoh performance with Japanese sutras. It is a Work In Progress of  "Otera-Odori-Ocha session 2".  This series has started since 2019 as a collaboration work between Butoh and Japanese tea ceremony. Butoh was born in Japan in the 1960s as a reaction against the major of the Western dance styles. Butoh dancers concentrate on their body itself. This attitude has a unique philosophy and has influenced artists all over the world. Additionally Butoh has been developing with the time. in this performance, Emiko Agatsuma (Butoh Dancer) appears as an invisible white soul. Electric sounds tell you the time and  the monk starts chanting sutras. When their sounds are mixed totally, the door for the mysterious world will open.
