Butoh and Chanoyu's collaboration work "Terara Odori Cha" started in 2019. This time, as a new work In Progress, Butoh and Buddhist chant "Teradoridori" will be released. Born in Japan in the 1960s, Butoh has a unique body philosophy and continues to evolve with the times while attracting the attention of artists around the world. This time, Emiko Agatsuma, a butoh dancer who is not bound by the frame, appears as a white human soul. When the sound of the electronic sounds tells the time and mixes with the voice of the sutra, the door to the mysterious world opens.

"Temple Dance, This Dance" is a Butoh performance with Japanese sutras. It is a Work In Progress of  "Otera-Odori-Ocha session 2".  This series has started since 2019 as a collaboration work between Butoh and Japanese tea ceremony. Butoh was born in Japan in the 1960s as a reaction against the major of the Western dance styles. Butoh dancers concentrate on their body itself. This attitude has a unique philosophy and has influenced artists all over the world. Additionally Butoh has been developing with the time. In this performance, Emiko Agatsuma (Butoh Dancer) appears as an invisible white soul. Electric sounds tell you the time and  the monk starts chanting sutras. When their sounds are mixed totally, the door for the mysterious world will open.
